For this final work in an eight-part series, I started by walking the site, observing how light moves through canopy, colour sits against concrete, and the understory shapes the experience of the path.

Those observations informed the palette and geometry of the projected artwork, developed for the Wyndham LIT Festival 2026. The aim was to translate site conditions into a visual design that feels grounded in place, without imposition.
This project reflects the core of my practice through Canvas Local: using illustration and design to make local environments recognisable.
