We sell fine art prints, books, framed prints, and apparel through our website.

  • Art prints and books: dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Framed prints and apparel (shirts): made to order and dispatched within 7–10 business days.

All prints and products are produced to order unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to display colours and images accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Minor variations in colour or texture do not constitute defects.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

2. ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

Orders are not binding until confirmed by us via email. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Once an order has entered production, cancellations may not be possible.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases.

All purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or import taxes (for international orders).

You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that payment will be honoured.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if expressly stated in our Returns Policy.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks, designs, images, text, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of canvas local and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all associated intellectual property rights remain with canvas local.

You may not, without prior written consent:

  • Reproduce, copy, scan, or distribute the artwork in any format

  • Create derivative works based on the artwork

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes

  • Use the artwork in advertising, marketing, promotional materials, or branding

  • Digitally reproduce or distribute the artwork

  • Resell the artwork for commercial gain beyond private resale of the physical print

Purchase of an artwork does not grant rights for commercial display, including but not limited to use in retail spaces, hospitality venues, office environments, short-term rental properties, or staged property marketing where the artwork is used to promote a business or generate revenue.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use may result in legal action. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

7. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

  • Reproduce or exploit any part of the website without permission

  • Transmit malicious code

  • Attempt to interfere with site security

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

8. DISCLAIMER
