We ship all orders via Australia Post with tracked delivery.


Processing Times

Production times vary depending on the product:

  • Art prints and books: dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Framed prints and apparel (shirts): made to order and dispatched within 7–10 business days.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Delivery Timeframes

Australia Post estimated delivery times (within Australia):

  • Standard: 3–8 business days

  • Express: 1–4 business days (if selected at checkout)

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to Australia Post network disruptions.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size and selected shipping method.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as lost, please contact us at yourcanvaslocal@gmail.com.

We will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

If an item is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
