Returns & Refunds
We are a small studio and most items are printed to order. For this reason, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

your item is damaged in transit

you receive the wrong item

We will assess the issue and respond as soon as possible.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item has a major failure. For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement.
Returns & Return Postage
If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.
Items must be returned in the condition received, with appropriate packaging.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
If a return is approved for any other reason, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since confirmation of your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at yourcanvaslocal@gmail.com.
