Main Road Eltham

An observational study of Main Road, Eltham, tracing the quieter rhythm of a township edged by bushland. Through restrained tonal layering and considered negative space, the work reflects the interplay between low-set shopfronts, native canopy, and the softened pace of movement that defines this semi-rural corridor. The composition emphasises atmosphere over density, capturing Main Road as a threshold between community life and the surrounding landscape.

Each print is produced as a fine art giclée on Canson Rag Photographique 310gsm. A substantial, gallery-weight paper, with Museum-grade archival quality. Printed in Melbourne using archival pigment inks for longevity and colour stability.

Each print is: Individually signed by the artist, printed to order and carefully packaged using compostable protective archival materials.

Framing

Framed works are set in a handmade Melbourne-crafted frame constructed from recycled oak. The natural grain and warm, blonde tone are selected to complement the softness of the work.
